COMPETITION DETAILS
- NEW FOR 2022: Weight Classes and Standard LIFTing Weights. Please review rules linked below.
- Athletes may enter one or both LIFTing events.
- Athletes may register as a team representing a gym, company, or other group. A team consists of 5 athletes registered in both events. A team must consist of at least 2 members of each gender.
- Check-in opens at 11:00 AM. Individual and team athletes must check in and weigh in before 11:45.
- Absolutely no outside food or drink is allowd inside The Shack (including pre-workout, protein bars, etc.)
- Judges will uphold movement standards. Review competition rules for more information.
- NEW FOR 2022: Masters athletes (55+) will lift the same weights and compete in the same awards category as other Athletes. There will be an overall winner in the Masters division for Male and Female competitors
