Ask any successful person the secret for that success, and he or she will point out by name the person or persons who first saw the potential…Who believed when no one else did….Who provided the support and encouragement and nurturing and – at times – a helping hand. The road to success is not a solitary journey. But when we falter, or an obstacle blocks the path, it’s important to have others there beside us to help along the way. And when we are presented with an opportunity to be the person who makes a difference and lends that helping hand, are we not only obligated, but also blessed to do so?
