COMPETITION DETAILS

• Weight Classes and Standard LIFTing Weights. Please review rules linked below.
• Athletes may enter one or both LIFTing events.
• Athletes may register as a team representing a gym, company, or other group. A team consists of 5 athletes registered in both events. A team must consist of at least 2 members of each gender.
• Check-in opens at 11:00 AM. Individual and team athletes must check in and weigh in before 11:45.
• Absolutely no outside food or drink is allowed inside The Shack (including pre-workout, protein bars, etc.)
• Judges will uphold movement standards. Review competition rules for more information.
• Masters athletes (55+) will lift the same weights and compete in the same awards category as other Athletes. There will be an overall winner in the Masters division for Male and Female competitors

Bench Press Competition
Max Reps in 2 Minutes. See Competition Rules for Bodyweight Classes and LIFTing weights.
