LIFTathon is back! We are marking a decade of empowerment through fitness with our 10th annual event, celebrating the 10-year anniversary of LIFT Fitness Foundation!Â
This June 9th, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., join us at The Shack on 712 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA, for a day where strength meets community spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a brand new fitness enthusiast, LIFTathon 2024 offers you a platform to showcase your strength while supporting holistic wellness programs that uplift our community’s most vulnerable.
Event Details
Compete in bench press and deadlift competitions, enjoy delicious food and drinks from The Shack, and engage in various fitness challenges. With activities for both spectators and competitors, an awards ceremony to honor exceptional achievements, and a vibrant atmosphere featuring a DJ, food trucks, and more, this event promises fun and inspiration for all.
Sign up as an individual or gather your team of five for a chance to compete, celebrate, and contribute. NOTICE – if you are competing as a team, you must have at least TWO FEMALES on your team. Tickets are $50 per person, and every dollar goes to the LIFT Fitness Foundation’s mission to create a foundation of wellness to empower individuals in need – at no cost.
