LIFT’s Annual Party is Back!
Join us for LIFT Fitness Foundation’s 2026 Halloween Party on Friday, October 23rd at the Cavalier Golf & Yacht Club. This annual event brings our community together for a fun night out while supporting LIFT’s wellness programs across Hampton Roads.

Tickets: $75 (Includes food and drinks)

- An evening with friends and supporters of LIFT Fitness Foundation
This year’s theme is Halloween, so feel free to just dress up in your favorite Halloween Costume!
Support Our Mission:
Your participation helps support LIFT Fitness Foundation’s mission to create a foundation of wellness to empower individuals in need. Through our holistic wellness programs, we provide fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness services to individuals facing homelessness, addiction, and other major life challenges.
These programs are offered at no cost to participants or partner organizations, thanks to supporters like you.

- Cavalier Golf and Yacht Club has a cash bar; however, they do not accept debit or credit cards. Additional drink tickets can be purchased on this event page.
- Remember to bring your scannable ticket to the event. You can either print it out or bring it on your phone.
