Because of how quickly we sold out this year, we are already gearing up for LIFTathon 2026. We are marking over a decade of empowerment through fitness with our 12th annual event, celebrating the 15-year anniversary of LIFT Fitness Foundation!
On Sunday, June 7th, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., join us at The Shack on 712 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA, for a day where strength meets community spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a brand new fitness enthusiast, LIFTathon 2026 offers you a platform to showcase your strength while supporting holistic wellness programs that uplift our community’s most vulnerable.
Event Details
Compete in bench press and deadlift competitions, enjoy delicious food and drinks from The Shack, and engage in various fitness challenges. With activities for both spectators and competitors, a silent auction, DJ, food trucks, awards ceremony and much more, this event promises fun for all.
Sign up as an individual or gather your team of five for a chance to compete, celebrate, and contribute. NOTICE – if you are competing as a team, you must have at least TWO FEMALES on your team. Tickets are $50 per person, and every dollar goes to the LIFT Fitness Foundation’s mission to create a foundation of wellness to empower individuals in need – at no cost.
